Where will I find the driver ?
The driver will wait for you at the address you provide at the time of booking.
At the airport, he will wait for you in the “Arrivals” area of your arrival terminal with a sign bearing your name (optional).

What happens if my flight is delayed ?
Don’t worry, we regularly monitor customers’ flight arrival times.
Will there be an extra charge for luggage ?
No nasty surprises, the price is fixed. No extra charge will be made for your luggage.
What payment methods do you accept ?
Cash: euros only.
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX.
Cheques: only ones issued by French banks.
Should children be included in the number of passengers ?
Yes, and it is important to notify us about them; safety is our priority; on request, we provide booster seats for children aged under 10 and baby seats for children aged under 2.
For a two-way transfer, should I pay on the outward or on the return trip ?
Half the sum is payable on the outward trip and the other half on the return trip.
Do you accept animals ?
Animals are allowed on board only if they are placed in a cage.
On which days and at what times do your services operate ?
We operate 24/24, 7/7.
I’ve already booked but I wish to change my travel times, what should I do ?
You may postpone your trip up until 2 hours before departure. Beyond this deadline, the full amount will be due.
May I cancel a booking once it has been made ?
As long as you cancel in a reasonable lapse of time such that we have not yet allocated the driver, no cancellation fee will be charged. In cases where the driver has already been allocated, has driven a certain distance or has even arrived at the pick-up address, a cancellation fee may be charged. The amount will be calculated on the basis of the number of kilometers involved.
If I need the driver for longer than expected, must I make a fresh booking ?
If you realize at the last moment that you wish to stay longer than you had initially planned, it’s enough to simply notify your driver.
Am I sure to get to my destination in time ?
